Developed with input from community members and partner agencies, the Plan provides a roadmap to improve safety, connectivity, and access to walking, biking, and other active transportation options for Needles residents and businesses. The draft Plan will be presented to the City Council on October 13 for review and recommendation. Public comments will continue to be accepted through October 29 and will be considered as the final Plan is prepared.
